Do I need to register an account?

Registering an account is optional. For those who would like to opt in on registration, it is only a one-time affair. We do not need you to fill in any long form or require you to login each time you visit us. It is only when you are making a purchase; we would then require you to log in so we can extract all your pre-saved data for shipping.

 

Will my product(s) be saved if I leave the site halfway?

Yes, it will be saved in your cart for 30 days and you can always come back to check if it is still available and order them when you are ready to.

 

Will a product(s) be restocked after it is sold out?

Yes if backed by popular demand, we might replenish the product(s) for sale on Cumulus Nimbus again.

 

Do you do backorders?

Unfortunately, we do not do backorders.

 

How do I know if I have successfully made an order?

Once payment has been successfully made, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have registered with us with the product(s) details you have ordered.

 

Can I edit or cancel my order after it is made?

All sales are final and changing of orders and/or cancellation is not allowed.

 

Why is my order cancelled?

All orders would be automatically cancelled for customers when Paypal transactions are not successful. If you are facing any problems with payment and/or checking out, please drop us an email at info@cumulusnimbus.sg.

 

What if I am not around to receive my package?

For local orders, the courier company will contact you if you are not around to receive the package to reschedule a delivery. It is best to provide a definite mailing address to prevent this incident. If there is no follow-up from the courier company, please contact us so that we may assist you.

For international orders, the shipping will contact you to re-arrange for delivery according to your schedule.

 

What happens if product(s) gets returned back to Cumulus Nimbus?

In the event if your mailed product(s) is returned back to us due to wrong delivery address provided by you, you would have to bear the full postage cost for redelivery. It is best to provide a definite mailing address with a representative to be around to receive your product(s) at the stipulated working hours between 9am to 6pm from Monday to Fridays.

 

How do I change my address after placing order?

Please contact info@cumulusnimbus.sg, within 24 hours with your Order ID for us to change your address promptly before we send the orders off for shipping.

 

Can I exchange for wrong size/ colour ordered?

There is strictly no cash refund or exchanges for items ordered wrongly.

 

What if I receive an incorrect/defective product(s)?

We apologise if you have received an incorrect/defective product(s). This rarely happens as we go through stringent checks before delivering the product(s) to you. However if this does happens, please kindly email info@cumulusnimbus.sg. We will investigate the matter and reply you within 3 working days.

As it is an oversight from our end, please kindly return the product(s) in original package that is unused/unworn condition with tags intact and mailed it back to us by a mailing method with tracking code. Cumulus Nimbus will reimburse customers the postage for the incorrect/defective product(s). Please note we will do a one-to-one exchange and there are strictly no refunds unless the product(s) is out of stock. All product(s) have to be received by Cumulus Nimbus within 14 working days for local delivery and 30 working days for international delivery. After the above-mentioned time frame, Cumulus Nimbus reserves the right not to allow for any returns.

Upon receipt of the incorrect/defective product(s), we will proceed to mail the correct product(s) back to you. Cumulus Nimbus reserves the right to reject any refunds should we in our sole discretion think that the purchased product(s) has been tampered with.

 

If I am eligible for a refund, when will I get refunded?

For all local and international customers, refunds will be initiated within 3 working days upon confirmation receipt of the product(s). We will send a confirmation email to confirm receipt of product(s) and refunds. Please note there are strictly no refunds for shipping and delivery fees.

For orders done through Paypal, the refunds will be made through the same payment method used.
